Closing occurred seamlessly last night.
I wish to you thank Gene, Amanda and Home State for all of your help. I appreciate your timliness and professionalism throughout the whole process. It has been about 7 years since our last refinance and many people told me that the process is now tedious and takes a long time, but I am happy to say that was not my experience.
Being in the financial services business as a senior assistant to a principal of a broker/dealer for 30+ years, I understand the position of an assistant VERY well. If the paperwork isn’t done correctly or efficiently…everyone loses. Amanda certainly kept things rolling and was very pleasant to talk to along the way answering all questions (sometimes twice).
